Built in 1839, this charming 4 bedroom Vermont farmhouse is
conveniently located on Route 100, just minutes away from Stowe
Village and the recreation path and only 15 minutes from the ski
area.
The farmhouse shares 6 ˝ acres of former farmland with five
separate cottages available for seasonal rental.

A historic Vermont barn on the property adds to the ambiance.
Beautiful mountain views can be glimpsed from various points on
the property.
Behind the barn sits the hot-tub pavilion, which also serves as
the entry to the large pool and patio.

Just steps away inside
the barn is a game room with traditional family games (such as
ping pong, hockey, foosball, etc.)

These amenities are shared with the other Home Farm guests.
Post and beam construction highlights the main floor of the house.
Two comfortable wing chairs flank the gas fireplace that is the
focal point of the living room.
A sofa, upholstered chairs, and an ottoman provide additional
seating making this the perfect room for relaxed conversation.

A large family room is equipped with a television, DVD and VCR
players, radio/CD player, and comfortable seating including a
queen-size sleeper sofa.
A “hot tub” spa is located on the private screened porch just steps
away from the full bathroom and complete laundry facilities found
off the family room.

A dining room with seating for 10 is situated just off the large
eat-in country kitchen.
There is a large fenced backyard with both a
patio and lawn for private outdoor relaxation. A picnic table and
gas grill is provided for outdoor dining in season. |

The 4
bedrooms and 3 ˝ bathrooms upstairs provide ample accommodations for 10.
A huge master suite with a king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa
and television is located at one end of the hall, adjacent to one of
the full baths.

A
junior master suite with a queen-size bed, television and private
half bath is found at the opposite end of the hall.
A third bedroom also contains a queen-size bed and the fourth
bedroom holds a daybed that converts into two twins beds. The
other two full baths complete this floor.

The house comfortably sleeps 12 and the cottage rentals make it
possible to accommodate large groups or family reunions of up to 32
people. A central air-conditioning system ensures comfort on hot
summer days and there is wireless internet access available free of charge for
guests with their own wireless-enabled computers
.
