    Enter into the sun filled mudroom that opens into the living area with cathedral ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling wood burning Rumford fireplace. 

   The library alcove has dial-up internet access. Above the main floor is a cozy sleeping loft.

    The light and airy kitchen has new stainless appliances and white counters.  You will find lots of work space with a built-in wine bar and adjacent dining room with seating for 6-8.

   The main floor has a master bedroom with a queen futon, and a private bath with separate tub and shower.

   The lower level is finished and features a family room with flat screen television, game table and seating for four plus two more bedrooms which share a ¾ bath.
